What is Polynucleotide?

NUCLEOTIDES are organic molecules that serve as the basic components for nucleic acid polymers, forming essential biomolecules within all life forms on Earth.

Polynucleotides are natural, highly purified DNA molecules extracted from the gonads of trout. It is extracted and purified with high-temperature sterilising procedures to obtain a pure ingredient without pharmacologically and allergically active protein contaminants.

What are the benefits of Polynucleotide treatment?

Modern trends in skin rejuvenation are constantly evolving. “Skin health,” “skin quality,” and “natural look” have become the goal of most aesthetic treatments in recent times. Skin aging is associated with degeneration of skin components, including dermal collagen and elastin.

The main strength of polynucleotides is their reactivating efficacy on mesenchymal stem cells with, especially dermal fibroblasts, the cells responsible for production of collagen, glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans.

This mechanism of action makes it extremely versatile and therefore can be used to treat multiple skin conditions such as

  • The pore size and skin thickness
  • Acne scars
  • Pigmentation and skin tone
  • Wrinkles
  • Sagging
  • Improve skin elasticity and hydration

Polynucleotide treatment can even Increase hair growth and reduce hair loss when injected into scalp.

In fact, The “Polynucleotide priming” concept promotes stronger and faster responses to skin revitalization stimuli. Essentially, polynucleotide treatment acts as background preparation of tissues in combination with other treatments, to reach better aesthetic outcomes.
